We currently have over $1 Billion of projects in our pipeline that are located throughout the US and other parts of the world. These projects include Solar, Bio-Mass, Wind Turbines and Water Creation Technologies.

Our affiliation with numerous lenders affords us the opportunity to finance developers, end users and investors having projects ranging from $500,000 to $1 Billion and more.
We offer debt, leasing, monetization of contracts and joint venture opportunities for development as well as having sources that will purchase shovel ready projects.

The goal of Winthrop is to develop relationships with its client's as we are Principal and Value based.

Winthrop also offers financing to the small business owner as well as to some of the larger and more complicated real estate projects. We finance projects locally in Rhode Island, New England and Nationally.

 Commercial Real Estate Financing

We offer commercial mortgage loans from $500,000 to $20 million or greater on most commercial property types including multi-family, retail, office, light industrial, owner occupied, investor, owner occupied construction loans, automotive, and many more.  We do not offer loans on single family homes, raw land, construction loans on investment properties, or on subdivisions, at this time.

Our loan structure is more aggressive and our underwriting less constrictive than most financial institutions.
